Do I need special hardware?
Just a webcam and a Zebra label printer. Any 1080p USB webcam works. We recommend the Logitech Brio 101 — reliable, inexpensive, and auto-detected by LabelCam.
Does it work for paper labels, not just phone screens?
Yes. Hold any label — phone screen, printed paper, oversized sheet — up to the webcam. LabelCam captures and resizes it to 4×6 regardless of the source size.
What if the green lock-on doesn't trigger?
Press X anyway. The green indicator is a helpful hint, not a requirement. LabelCam captures whatever is in the frame when you press the key — glare, bad lighting, or tricky angles included.
Can I use it on both workstations?
Yes with the 2-license plan. Each license is tied to one machine. If a computer dies and you get a new one, contact us and we'll reset your license at no charge.
What happens when I refund?
