By purchasing or using LabelCam App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software. These terms are between you and Prime Package Plus LLC ("we", "us", "LabelCam").
When you purchase LabelCam, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of machines specified in your plan (1 or 2). You may not:
Annual licenses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, the software will stop working until renewed. We will send renewal reminders at 30 days and 7 days before expiration. Renewal pricing is offered at a discounted rate to active license holders.
Lifetime licenses grant perpetual use of the software and all future updates for as long as LabelCam App exists as a product.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at support@labelcamapp.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and the software will stop working.
We reserve the right to deactivate a license if:
Annual license holders receive all updates released during their license period. Lifetime license holders receive all updates indefinitely. We reserve the right to change features, pricing, or discontinue the product with reasonable notice.
LabelCam App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the software will work with every webcam, printer, or Windows configuration. We are not responsible for failed prints, missed label captures, or any business losses resulting from use of the software.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of LabelCam shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in Midland County, Michigan.
